When I saw this recipe on My Kitchen Rules during the week I knew it would find a way into my kitchen very soon. Chocolate three ways? Delicious. Topped off with raspberry coulis and cream? Genius. The recipe for this tart can be found

The original recipe called for the chocolate filling to be infused with Earl Grey Tea. I omitted this step to let the chocolate do its own thing. The Chantilly Cream and Chocolate sand come together to make any chocolate lover smile.
